City of Yachats Online Utility Account Management System

 

With this system you can:

1.   Make a Payment on your Water and Sewer Bill (only)

2.   Set up Paperless Billing

3.   View Your Bill

4.   See Your Usage History

5.   Look at your Account History

6.   Access the Monthly Newsletter and current Public Notices or Announcements in the My Bill Tab - at the very bottom of page under "Important"

To make a payment, simply log in to your account with your REGISTERED email address and click "Make a Payment".   If  you would like to sign up for automatic bill pay, Click Here

 

FIRST TIME USERS, you will need a copy of a recent bill so that you can register, if you do not have a recent bill, please contact our office at 541-547-3565.  You will need the following information from your bill:

 

• House/Business Number
• Account Number
• Your Email Address

To calculate Vacation Rental Application Fees:  (Yachats Municipal Code)  Vacation Rental Fee Schedule here

 

To calculate monthly Food and Beverage Taxes:   Calculate 5% of Gross Food & Beverage Receipts, subtract 5% of total taxes paid for handling.  

YMA Section 3.12.040.  Include Business Information, Total Month's Gross Sales, and Applicable Month in Payment Memo.

To calculate monthly Transient Rental Taxes:  Calculate 9% of Gross Transient Rental Taxes Receipts, subtract 5% of total taxes paid for handling.  

Include Business Information, Total Month's Gross Sales, and Applicable Month in Payment Memo.
